Why is it so HARD to find a JOB?

At a few job fairs I have been to I have noticed the people looking the hardest for jobs are the guys that just bought the SUVs. How much do you want to be we start seeing a lot of mom and pop businesses popping up? HEY! I can shine those shoes mister!
